Awesome baked goods, great staff. The bread is soft and the brownies are rich and tasty. Great for people with Celiac's and other food allergies, I go here to satisfy my sweet tooth.
Their kiffles are the best commercially made gluten free cookies I've ever had. Lemon loaf is excellent too.
The Happy Mixer supplies us with our sandwich rolls and cinnamon raisin bread on a weekly basis. Our favorite special treat is their lemon glazed pound cake, which we slice and top with a berry sauce. None of our gluten-eating guests ever guess that it's a gluten-free treat. Our granddaughter never turns down a chocolate cupcake from The Happy Mixer. We are really grateful to have this gluten-free bakery so close to home!

I ordered a birthday cake for my husband. It was absolutely delicious! Guests who are not gluten free were eating it saying how delicious it was. The design on the cake turned out fabulous also. I would highly recommend this bakery!
