I work in retail and it's not hard to respect the customer's who come into the store, however I felt very disrespected when I needed help and I refuse to come back here.
The customer service was good from the staff but not the manager. She was very rude and I was ignored when i needed help.
Not the best shopping center, not the worst. Focuses more on food/restaurant than shopping. So essentially if you're looking to eat- they do have some grub, & a lil bit of shopping but you're better off going down the road the the Montgomery Mall.
I've never had a bad experience there..staff always nice when I go..
There was this women named Erin who was extremely rude. I don't appreciate places that provide rude service to their customers.
