I went to Family Care with all of the symptons, and lifestyle, for Lymes' disease. The Physician's Assistant ordered a number of tests including and "experimental" test that is not covered by insurance and was completely unneccesary! When I followed up after a negative Lymes result (which I had to call to obtain) this PA was extremely rude! I ended up being treated at another physician's office for Lyme's to full recovery.
The office has TERRIBLE customer service skills and not once have I called without being put on hold. They are simply rude!
