The staff is friendly and professional. The space is a good size and clean.
I have used Apex for three different injuries - hamstring, hip flexor and shoulder. Matt has shown me excellent ways to resolve that annoying shoulder blade pain and also shown me stretches that have allowed me to touch my toes for the first time in a decade (I am an avid tennis player, just not particularly flexible). The facility is clean and well cared for. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a staff that "knows their stuff" and will get you back to your normal life.
Apex gets my highest recommendation, and my therapist Alex is truly remarkable. Even the office staff was a joy to deal with. I will never go anywhere else.

I’ve been battling chronic low back pain since a bad car accident in 2008. When I started my new job which includes lots of travel via plane and car, I started developing new symptoms such as a tingling leg and extreme cramping pain in my hip that would drop me to the floor. I have seen physical therapists in New York with no lasting effects. When more PT was scheduled when I moved back to PA, I was skeptical at best. I figured they’d try, then they’d send me to an orthopedist. I am very happy to say I was very wrong. Alex started with a very thorough initial exam. His attention to detail was proof to me how much he cared, and how much he really wanted to solve my pain. We started a routine, and in about 3 moths, I have made such incredible progress that I am able to manage my injury by myself and have not had to reduce my activity level what so ever. I can do everything I did before, but without pain. The best part is that when the pain does reoccur (inevitable due to my extensive travel) I know the exercises needed to get it back in check.
