This company has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I bought one large filter and the casing broke because it was not strong enough to endure the heavy water and lid. I bought a second filter and within 2 months it began leaking. When I contacted the company I got a voice message stating that my call would be returned within 48 hours. When I spoke with Amy, she insisted on "TROUBLE SHOOTING" and would only send me out a part that she thought was causing the trouble with GROUND SHIPPING! I'm dealing with live beings and I have to wait 5-7 days to get a part that may or may not resolve the problem. When I asked for the manager's name and to speak to him, Amy refused to give me his name and told me that he would call me back. I called Amazon to help me resolve this issue and they received the same voicemail stating that their call would be returned within 48 hours. DON'T EVER BUY A PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! YOU WILL REGRET THAT YOU SPENT ONE DIME WITH THEM!!!!
if you order something from this store on amazon it will take weeks to get to your house
Used their algae destroyer according to directions and it killed every fish in my tank. I had some beautiful show guppies and out of a dozen one survived. Thanks.
